Appointments and Referrals
Access to inpatient services starts with a call to 419-383-6767. Our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patient evaluations can be done in the person's home, nursing home or hospital. Physicians, health professionals and family members may refer patients to the program. In event of a crisis, emergency care is available at The University of Toledo Medical Center Emergency Department.
