Nephrology

The University of Toledo Medical Center Division of Nephrology provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with acute and chronic renal disease, hypertension, and fluid electrolyte and acid-based disorders.

Emphasis is placed upon early diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases and a multidisciplinary approach to the prevention of renal function through dietary intervention and control of blood pressure.
